Two years ago I got rid a load of my clothing and chopped 12 inches off my hair. I lost 21 pounds and noticed a positive change with my mindset. I learned to be more kind with myself. I finally stepped into the dating world for the first time and learned that I was braver than I originally thought. I began taking small trips around town and finally took a solo trip to nyc for the first time. Biggest change ever. But this year I'm coming back bigger and better. And you can too.

The way he’s riding the cycle it’s not going anywhere it could mean that no matter how hard he try’s to change himself he still can’t change and then he gets tired and stops but then he gets back up again and starts trying again so he doesn’t give up and it means that as long as you keep trying it will work out in the end

You'll feel defeated again and again but in the end, you gain a better understanding of yourself, the mind, and the struggles other's go through as well and you'll eventually reach a better place.

DEAR LAUV, I ended 2019 feeling melancholic - ruminating about the moments that I wish didn't change - wishing people I loved from the bottom of my heart to never leave and never change - hoping that even if things might change a bit, I'd be able to make things work and everything will be fine - contemplating on a lot of opportunities I've wasted trying to be part of something I thought I was appreciated for. Yeah, 2019 was a very wild roller coaster ride. Ups and downs made it bittersweet, but I can't deny the fact that the last few months of it were some of the worst times of my life.
