Lauv's recent posts on instagram stories were always about his self doubts and questions about his purpose.. I just wanted to tell Ari, this is your purpose.. To say and sing the words we can't say. To express the feelings we can't normally express. Through your music we find comfort and that means you're doing a great job on what you do. Please keep being the artist and the person that you are. I felt the sincerity and genuineness of the lyrics. I feel like Lauv has always been suffering from depression and music is his way of expressing his emotions, releasing them by sharing to the world his feelings through great melody and superb vocals. Lauv has always been the most relatable artist for me because he writes not just love songs but songs for the soul that directly hit you right in the chest. Im so proud of you, Lauv! Keep going, man! 🤙🏼❤️ In the end, everything will be okay. Trust God. Have faith. ❤️

Am I the only one who heard the "HELP ME" between the "come down" on the outro part? Or I'm that depressed to make my mind think that because I really need help. 😔 Thank you Lauv for voicing out what everyone couldn't, I hope that it makes you feel better the way you make us feel better by just understanding what everyone is going through in their life right now. This song really hits hard. Like literally. Yes i know im still a kid because im still 11 years old right now but, i understand this song and it really represents our generation. Ive had depression since i was 9 and up until now. Don't worry, im already getting some help. If you have depression, please get some help and don't harm yourself. It's not worth it. God created us to live in this wonderful world. We all have a purpose. Everyone is loved. God loves us all equally.

Honestly i think we’re all lonely is because we’re spending so mush time on our phones that we aren’t used to socializing and then act awkward or uncomfortable when talking to others. This is a beautiful song and i can relate to it i think so many people are in isolation.

I've had many bad experiences and been through many bad things and let me tell you that at those moments when I was alone in my room crying and feeling empty, the only thing that actually changed my life was God. He's there for you, he's the only one who was, is and will always be there. He sees all of the pain you've been through and he wants to change it into joy and peace. But of course, it's up to you. I haven't been diagnosed, but I might have kinda bad anxiety. I don't know if I have depression too or not. I just feel like nothing all the time and too scared to open up because of my 'don't care about your problems' with my guardians when I was a child, I know that if I open up then there is a lot of friends who would listen to me and help me, but it still feel like I'm a burden to take their time. I'm always trying to be happy and I really am at that moment. When I'm alone I'll try to distract myself every time, so I won't think about things that made me feel bad. It's so bad to the point that if I said something that in my opinion sound so mean and the other person expression change to quiet one I would panic inside and stressed to the point that my head hurts. But I'm still hoping to get better, I'm so proud of all of you who had overcome it, you are the best!
