This song is like you found someone lovely, someone good, but you know deep down, you have to let go. It was not his or her fault, but you are not just okay. You cannot do it. Their presence is not enough to make you feel better. You know that holding on will make things harder. You tried, but everything is falling apart. You want to be good for the person, but you're just so broken. It's so heartbreaking, but it has to happen. For people to grow.

"And it's killing me, me to say "I'm fine" "I'm fine"... This hurts as I find that so true. I find it so hard to trust people and open up to anyone to talk about my problems in life, yet I'm always the one for other people. I feel no one's got my back after helping them, yet I still end up helping them anyway which I'd rather do at the same time than worry those around me who care say about the problems I'm facing. A chat would be much appreciated too but I fine it hard to say what's wrong with me, if I do it's partially the problem and not whole reason as to what's wrong, I don't ever know who to trust anymore which is why I keep it all to myself and deal with this on my own. This song has helped me a lot. It generally helps me to breathe and calm down. I understand the lyrics more than with any song so I appreciate him as a singer for this song in my life. Thank you🙏

I used to romanticize this situation in my head- this kind of heartbreak. Coming back to this song with all my delusions broken because I've gone through this situation myself from the singer's perspective, it's not so beautiful. It just makes me want to cry.

I will NEVER not love this song. It came on randomly a few days ago while I had my Pandora on shuffle and it took my breath away just like it did the first time I heard it. Tears STREAMING down my face. 💔 Anyway, I’m still a HUGE fan of Lauv in 2024. I’ve really never heard anyone who sounds like him. Such an authentically beautiful sound. Gives me chills still. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Hagia Sophia , I came here after I heard Jk and Jimin's song 'Who' with Lauv, looked him up on iTunes and bought a bunch of his songs, JK and Tae were both just singing another of his songs 'Never Not' bought that one too. K Pop guys have good taste in music. 👍🏻 another example...check out Sasha Sloan's 'Runaway' Hobi was warming up to it in a recent video, great song! I swear BTS has introduced me to some great artists.

I can’t sing this song, or explain the lyrics of this song to people that I show it to, because when I hear this song I think of my best friend and my brother whom both moved away due to them joining the military. This song makes me think of them, because it’s about a relationship ending- and I feel like I’ve lost both my best friend and my brother. This song helps me cope. It’s very emotional for me.
