This song is proof that love and old cities just go together anywhere in the world, my man and I met in new Delhi and its history and the history of our love story are inseparable now. The baolis, the tombs, the colonades are all too important to us. Old cities have a soul which intertwine with your life and it makes every experience all the more special. It was like the 5000 years old city was kind of blessing us.

i love how they recreated their "first date", it shows that even though life will become difficult, you can always rely on somebody you love, love will go on, its never-ending. the ongoing love that these two had for each other never stopped, and many years later, they were still in love with each other, not all relationships are bad, even if you are, or have been in one before, it dosent matter, keep searching for the one who makes you happy even if it can hurt at times, it will get better. there is the perfect someone for everyone, if you dont agree, thats fine, you may have not found them yet, it will take time, and, it may be someone you already know. so, if you like someone, go take the risk and ask them out, they may like you back, you dont know yet. but even if they dont, it'll be a weight off your shoulders. take the risk, and if they hurt you, then call me to come beat them up until they say yes. good luck! :)

Never force a relationship. Sometimes it's better to move on, than to hold on to a person who doesn't understand who you truly are. Unfortunately there will be times where your absence will teach you what your presence cannot. You need to stop breaking your own heart in trying to make a relationship work that clearly isn't meant to work to begin with. You can't force someone to genuinely care about you. You can't force someone to be faithful to you. You can't force someone to be the person you need them to be. The truth is, sometimes the person you want the most is the same person you would be best without. You have got to understand some things are meant to come into your life, just not meant to stay. Everything that you do to show love, you have to be careful, not to lose yourself by trying to fix what should never been there in the first place. You can't get the relationship you need from someone who's not ready to reciprocate the love you give to them. I know it's hard when you meet someone and your heart feels, that's the person you could spend an eternity with, and you start to accept that they are not that person you thought they needed to be. And no matter how many times you cry yourself to sleep at night, you will eventually heal from your previous relationship and find the one you have always longed for. Your future will now bring an understanding of why things didn't work out in your previous relationships. One thing I have learned throughout the years, is “It is better to be single than to be in a relationship settling for less.” If they see you as an option, then they don't deserve to be a priority in your life. Take my advice and never chase someone who's not chasing you.

Even if no one read my comment. I actually met someone back when i was 18 and the same time when a friend introduce me the songs of Lauv and then I saw the album name and thought what a coincidence to meet a girl unexpectedly. I sang most of lauv song in this album to he even though i'm not a good singer nor i have natural talent about it but i tried thought it didn't age well and now we are back to strangers. It's not the end of my world just because we seperated ways because i'm still thankful for everything even though we have to walk on the different path now.
