Modern loneliness is so relatable to i guess almost everyone in our generation
@piyushtandon50035 жыл бұрын
Yes everyone goes through loneliness at some point in their life, but one should be actually concern about those people who are stuck in loneliness for long and can't express it to their closest people in life.

Thank you lauv From someone who has dealt with the struggle of loneliness and anxiety, your work helps me feel less alone. Although I’m 22, I still encounter these emotions I’ve had growing up but I understand it a lot more and have learnt to be kinder and more empathetic towards others and there is still so much to learn...your music, your art and dedication to bringing awareness about modern loneliness makes this world a little less painful. So thank you.

15:00 the way he squinches his eyes for the feels. Omg such an unusual combination of dude-bro very into thinking about emotions. We need more guys in the world to see Lauv who shows that you can be into this soft talk, expressing yourself in dyed hair and colorful clothes, and be 100% dude.

Thank you so much for having deep discussions!! I feel parched for people who want to discuss things on a deeper and more fully engaged level. As a behavior therapy technician working with children on the autism spectrum, one of the things we try to teach our kids is the concept of joint attention, which is common in neurotypical children but which is absent in some kids on the spectrum. Joint attention is basically the ability/desire to share your interest in something with another person, i.e. a kid holding a car up to his mom and saying "look mommy!" while making eye contact. Some of our kids have no natural internal motivation to "share experiences" like this, or at least do not know how to show that they want to share experiences. In my field, the concept of joint attention, that is, wanting to show somebody something, is a very important social skill that we spend time working on with our kids. It would be interesting to dive into the difference between healthy "joint attention" vs. "problematic attention-seeking behavior," like screaming to get attention, or being addicted to likes on social media. As someone who has done some stupid stuff and is now feeling the natural consequences of loneliness because I've offended people, I was encouraged by this video so much; it gives me hope to move forward, even tho my loneliness is my own fault.

A lot of children go through anxiety They are so little but still they go through it They just don't know what the hell is happening They go through it Me being one of them All of this anxiety disorder started when I was 10 or even before I vaguely remember Now I am 20 and my understanding has really improved which is helping me My point is We focus on ADULTS AND TEENAGERS which is very important But we can't figure out what's happening with a child and also the child can't explain what's really happening I think we should also focus on child mental health because it magnifies later on as it just become a part of you as a teenager and is even carried later on There's always a reason why our mental health deteriorates We really need to find the root of the problems Just stay healthy and kind We will get better 💜

Loneliness is about heartfelt connection dialogue with family members and friends which becomes so important as we get older as human beings. The solution to becoming alone is to find someone who cares about us personally on a level that is deep. Opening up our hearts requires industrious work daily.
